Work comprises projects of up to £40M (typically £3-5M) and includes new build and refurbishment of houses & flats, industrial buildings, commercial properties and schools etc.

Our Client provide multi-disciplinary services in areas including Civil and Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Transport and Highway Engineering.  They have offices in Oxfordshire and Surrey.

The position would suit a graduate with at least 3 years’ experience, who is chartered or working towards chartered status, with experience gained in a structural consultancy environment.

Principal Accountabilities:
To carry out scheme and detailed design and project management of structural engineering projects, including new builds and refurbishments
To liaise with Architects and other members of the design team
To supervise and provide technical support to CAD technicians

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Graduate with 3 years’ experience, ideally gained in a structural consultancy environment
Experience of design in all structural materials - steel & concrete, masonry & timber
Chartered or working towards chartered status
