for 72 hours prior to passing to others we will search the major job board candidate directories and contact all suitable candidates - ascertaining
suitability and interest – and pass these on to you at fees of 7.5%. 

This new cost model is sustainable through building trusting relationships
with clients, and working on quality job descriptions - thus doing away
with the traditional frequent recruitment agency sales calls, and limited
job descriptions.
