    You need to be assured of taking the best option to solve your recruitment needs

    • for 10 or more jobs.
    • Traditional press advertising is expensive, slow and often doesn't produce suitable

    • response.
    • You will have the vacancies listed on your corporate website - this will fill some for free.
    • You may have considered further Internet job board advertising - and even tried it,

    • though most companies don't have in-house expertise in this, nor the time

NB: Available for campaigns with minimum charge of £5000 - minimum contract duration 6 months

    RESPONSE HANDLING
    (With one or more of the above advertising options)

    Response Filtering - Filter out unsuitable candidates and forward all others
    or
    Response Vetting - Filter out unsuitable candidates & Telephone interview all possible
    matches and send CVs with supporting summary and notes. (Face to face interviews
    offered at £300 per day plus expenses)

    CV DATABASE SEARCH
    ARV Solutions has access to major CV databases on the web including regular
    'top 10 most visited' job sites
    We carry out a weekly search for 4 weeks against title, key words and location on 1 or
    more of the major web based CV directories

    matching candidates are handled through:
    CV Database Email - Send emails to all matching candidates (as if from client) with job
    description inviting direct application 
    or
    CV Database Vetting - Send emails to all matching candidates and telephone interview
    all responses as per Response Vetting
     

    Management Reports
    supplied to measure key indicators in response (In Excel Spreadsheet)

    Advertising: The lower of Rate Card Price plus 10%, or Negotiated Discounted Price plus 20%

    Response filtering  £25 per vacancy

    Response vetting  £75 per vacancy

    CV Database email  £300 per database per month plus £25 per vacancy

    CV Database vetting  £300 per database per month plus £125 per vacancy

    Management statistics £125 per month / campaign – Free on spend over £5000 per month

    (Advertising costs must be paid in advance - terms for all other costs are 14 days.)
    Minimum campaign charge £5000 - minimum contract duration 6 months
